COLUMBIA, Miss. -- The Gators' 2023 slate of Southeastern Conference opponents meets its end in the mid-west this weekend, as Florida is set to take on the No. 9 Missouri Tigers on their home turf on Saturday.
This matchup will mark the fourth between head coaches, Billy Napier of Florida and Eli Drinkwitz of Missouri. Their rivalry was renewed in the SEC last season after two meetings in 2019, when Drinkwitz's Appalachian State Mountaineers defeated Napier's Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns twice, hoisting the Sun Belt Championship trophy at the conclusion of their second bout.
