These golfers have the same odds as Tiger Woods to win the Masters

If you have been regularly checking Tiger Woods' odds to win the Masters next week, you have surely noticed that they have gotten longer since he hasn't competed since the Genesis Invitational. But what you might not be as aware of are the golfers from both the PGA Tour and LIV Golf circuit who listed the same as he is.

At DraftKings, Woods is listed as a 55-1 long shot roughly one week before teeing off at Augusta National. Also listed at 55-1? PGA Tour golfers Justin Rose and Tom Kim, and LIV Golfers Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau.

So, just how are these four golfers listed the same as the man who has won five green jackets?

It's easy -- or, at least easier -- to see why Rose and Kim are listed at similar odds to Woods. Both PGA pros have three top-10 finishes on the season and one win, with Rose finishing atop the leaderboard at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Kim securing victory at the Shriners Children's Open earlier in the season. However, neither golfer cracked the top 20 in their last events, so their odds will understandably be a little longer.

Things get a little more interesting when you wonder why Koepka and DeChambeau are listed like they are. Koepka has some good history at Augusta National, finishing T2 at the Masters in 2019 before a slew of injuries impacted his PGA career. DeChambeau, on the other hand, hasn't placed better than T21 at the Masters, which was in 2016. Neither golfer made the cut at last year's event, and both have been playing on a LIV Golf schedule that features just a handful of team events. So when it comes to how Koepka and DeChambeau are listed at DK, it's a little more of a mystery.

Regardless of why these golfers are listed the same as Woods, it will be interesting to see how they all compete when the Masters finally tees off on Thursday, April 6.
