Per NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero, the Baltimore Ravens signed undrafted running back Keaton Mitchell and gave him an $18K bonus in May. Clearly, he's a steal.
Against the Cleveland Browns, the 21-year-old scored a 39-yard touchdown on his first carry, giving the Ravens a 14-0 lead with 10:13 left in the first quarter.

Earlier this season, Ravens starting running back J.K. Dobbins suffered a season-ending Achilles tear. Baltimore had solid backup RBs in Gus Edwards and Justice Hill, but it needed an explosive playmaker.
Mitchell could fill that role. Entering Week 10, the former East Carolina Pirate has rushed 138 yards and one TD on nine carries. And the Baltimore offense is surging, as it's sixth in the NFL in points scored (26.6).
The Ravens (7-2) are a legitimate Super Bowl contender, but they need their offense to make big plays to remain in the hunt. If Mitchell keeps doing this, he will become a featured player.
