Real Madrid have been hit by a heavy injury blow to Ferland Mendy.
The fullback, after scans this morning, has been ruled out for six weeks due to a calf injury. He won't play again until mid-May - so long as there are no setbacks.
Mendy now faces a battle to play again before the end of the season.
Meawhile, Antonio Rdiger underwent an ultrasound to examine the discomfort in his left knee and there is nothing serious. Therefore, he should be available for the Clsico between Barcelona and Real Madrid in the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals for Wednesday.
